We did it!
$1250 later, and we’ve finally reached our goals. Thanks to your generous donations, we’ve preserved a total of 38 prototypes of Shantae: Risky’s Revenge for the Nintendo DSi! All the files can be downloaded on the Internet Archive and soon on Hidden Palace.

So, what now?
You may have noticed, but a lot of other WayForward assets from between around 2001 to 2017 have been popping up online, including Might Milky Way (DSiWare), Ducktales (2013 remake), and many licensed games from the likes of Nickelodeon and Shrek. There’s still quite a lot to be obtained, so perhaps you can be the next one to release one of WayForward’s assets from this lot for everyone to see!
(Psst… for those who know the seller, the source code for Risky’s Revenge is still up for grabs. Will you be the mighty one to purchase and release this?
Since there’s still a lot to be purchased, many other folks have started their own fundraisers in the hopes of obtaining prototypes, source code, or documents to (un)released WayForward games. While we aren’t related to these fundraisers, we encourage you to support these people and perhaps donate a little.
